A website built around the legal questions

The CRYPTOS LAWYERS website now brings its practice information, evidence guidance and legal process explanations into a single resource centre. The aim is to help visitors understand how a concern about a cryptocurrency transaction becomes a matter that can be assessed by counsel.

The site explains the sequence from a free initial case review and suitability checks to an independent technical assessment, a report back to the firm, and a later written legal engagement if the client proceeds. Visitors can read that sequence before deciding what information to include in an enquiry.

Three useful routes through the site

Start with Practice Areas to identify the type of dispute. Use the evidence checklist to organize the records already available. Read How We Work to understand the decisions that follow an initial approach.

The News & Insights section adds longer matter reports and practical briefings. Fictional matter reports are expressly identified, so readers can examine the proposed presentation without mistaking an invented scenario for a client result. The public notices directory remains a separate source-attributed reference library.

Report the matter to the firm

The consultation form asks for a plain account of the issue, the parties involved, relevant dates and the legal assistance sought. It is a legal intake form, rather than an instruction to purchase a technical service. Where independent technical analysis is appropriate, the process and proposed scope are considered after the initial legal review.

Submitting information does not mean the firm has accepted the matter or started work. Representation requires the necessary checks and a written agreement. Sensitive account access credentials, wallet seed phrases and private keys should never be included in an enquiry.
