Legal judgment.
A coordinated response.
CRYPTOS LAWYERS brings the facts, the technical questions and the legal decisions into one considered account of a digital asset matter.
Understand the record.
Define the legal task.
A cryptocurrency dispute can involve personal trust, a platform relationship, complex transactions and parties in different locations. The first task is to establish what happened, who was involved and which questions need an answer.
We assess the evidence and explain a legal route within an agreed scope. Technical analysis and investigative work support that assessment where appropriate. Each proposed step should have a purpose, an evidentiary basis and a clear instruction.

Clarity at each decision.
A record that can be tested
Identify sources, retain context and distinguish a direct observation from an inference or allegation.
A clear sequence of instructions
Free initial review, independent technical findings, then the written fee terms if the client proceeds.

Our Lawyers & TeamA legal point of direction.
The firm defines the legal questions and reviews the evidence within its engagement. Where another jurisdiction is involved, appropriately qualified local counsel may be needed. The relevant role, scope and costs should be addressed before that work is instructed.
A coordinated matter does not require every provider to perform every task. Clear responsibility helps distinguish legal advice, technical findings and decisions reserved for courts, authorities or platforms.
A vetted specialist network.
We work with more than 13 vetted independent recovery companies nationwide, with partners across multiple states. We also work with vetted and verified private investigators.
Where specialist technical or investigative assistance is appropriate, we coordinate a referral suited to the matter. The proposed provider, assignment, charges and information-sharing authority are explained before the work is instructed. Findings return to the firm before any subsequent paid legal engagement is proposed.
Understand the working arrangementsThe work should leave a clear record
A useful assessment explains the parties, relevant transactions, representations or obligations in dispute, available evidence and remaining questions. The client should understand what has been established and which conclusions require further work.
Depending on the engagement, the work may produce a chronology, a written assessment, a defined complaint or an options memorandum. Our sample work products show how those documents can be structured using expressly fictional facts.
A free first review, followed by defined stages
The initial case review is free and has no firm retainer. Where appropriate, technical assessment follows through an independent provider. After its findings return, the firm reviews the proposed legal route and provides the written engagement and fee terms if the client wishes to proceed.
Communication with practical purpose
Updates should distinguish work completed from work proposed, and a request made from a result obtained. A technical report does not itself authorize a freeze or compel disclosure. The relevant legal or platform procedure and the authority of the party acting remain essential.
Fees and responsibilities belong in the written engagement. Strategy should be reviewed when new information changes the evidence, likely cost or available route. No particular result is guaranteed.
