Clear attribution.
Careful distinctions.
Legal and technical evidence
We distinguish source facts, allegations, findings and matters requiring further investigation. Technical evidence is assessed for relevance, reliability, attribution limits and lawful use. A wallet address is not assumed to identify a person.
Public warning records
Records preserve the source authority, jurisdiction, exact entity or clone qualifier, website/profile and available source dates. Do not transfer a warning about a clone to a legitimate namesake. Historical warnings may change; consult the linked authority for the current position.
Source and publication dates
A source registration date is not necessarily the original warning date. Source validation or modification dates and actual website release times are separate records. We do not present a selected archive date as proof of historical publication.
What inclusion does not establish
A public record does not show that the entity is a firm client, that we investigated its conduct, that a reader suffered a particular loss or that recovery is available. We do not infer fraud from popularity, name similarity or absence from this directory.
Corrections
Send exact identity, URL and supporting source information through our correction route. Records requiring unresolved source or date checks are held from publication.
