Information you choose to provide

The consultation form collects contact details, the parties and jurisdiction involved, key dates, a matter summary, the assistance requested, consent and optional relevant records. Provide only information relevant to your request. Never submit passwords, seed phrases, private keys or verification codes.

Purpose and access

Information is used to assess and respond to enquiries, check conflicts and jurisdiction, administer an agreed engagement and protect the service against abuse. Authorized administrators can access private enquiry records. Service providers supporting hosting, email and human verification process information as needed for those functions.

Forms and case records

Case details and uploaded evidence are stored in private case records rather than a public directory. Website enquiry notifications are addressed only to info@cryptoslawyers.com. Submitted email addresses are used for correspondence. Case records and staff notes are not available through public website lookup.

Cookies, logs and verification

WordPress may use necessary administrative cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile is used for human verification and server-side checks. Hosting and security services may process request and connection information for operation and abuse protection. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its practices.

Retention and requests

Records are retained according to their purpose and applicable legal or professional obligations. To ask about access, correction or deletion, contact info@cryptoslawyers.com. A request may require identity verification and may be limited by legal duties, privilege, conflict-record requirements or other legitimate retention needs.

Important limits

No website can promise absolute security. Do not use this website for urgent deadlines. Information about a proposed matter does not itself create representation. Contact us before transmitting especially sensitive evidence.

Website chat

The website uses Tidio to provide chat and initial enquiry collection. If you use chat, Tidio processes the contact details and messages you provide, together with information needed to operate the widget and maintain the conversation. The firm uses those details to assess and respond to your enquiry. Chat enquiries are held in Tidio; they are not automatically the same as a private case record created through the website form.

Do not send passwords, wallet seed phrases, private keys or unnecessary sensitive documents through chat. You may instead use the consultation form or contact info@cryptoslawyers.com. See Tidio’s Privacy Policy for its practices. Chat does not confirm acceptance of representation.
